I have this issue, when my oled monitor goes in sleep to activate pixel refresh, it gets interrupted at some point and can't finish. I have disabled "allow this device to wake up the computer" option in ethernet power management tab, I have disabled "allow wake up timers" in power settings option but nothing seems to work. I then unplugged the ethernet cable from the pc and the panel refresh completed with no interruption. Any ideas what is the solution to this? Before reinstalling windows...
